Can you help us obtain
auction or raffle prizes?

Please help raise money for the Osteogenesis Imperfecta Foundation by obtaining auction or raffle prizes for the SCPI Golf and Tennis Tournament Auction and Raffle.  We need items such as gift certificates, movie or theater tickets, amusement park passes, dinner for two, vacation trips, condo stay, car rental, airline tickets, art, sports memorabilia, hand made items, and whatever else you can come up with! 

Here's what you do:

  Obtain and fill out the Prize Donation Form

  Mail or fax completed form to Pam Weiner 
     FAX# 310-323-4433

  Pam will send donor a receipt for their tax deductible prize donation.

  Bring the item to the banquet room on the event day or bring or mail it to:
